Traffic Homicide Investigations was establish to meet the Wauchula Police Departments desire to provide a comprehensive investigation into the circumstances resulting in all traffic-related deaths within the city limits of Wauchula. The Traffic Homicide Investigator for the department is Sergeant Thomas Harris.  Sergeant  Harris has received specialized training and has been the primary investigatior since 1997.
