Community Relations

On July 20 & 21, 2007 members of the Wauchula Police Department, City of Wauchula and volunteer citizens of the community united together to clean up the town.  In an effort to help keep our communities clean we held Graffiti Clean Up Days.  One of the misfortunes that we have in this community is senseless graffiti gang tags and other forms of graffiti located throughout our communities.  Many victims of graffiti do not have the resources or time to remove the graffiti from there property.  This is why we decided to unite together and clean this town up!  Over 40 graffiti sites were cleaned up throughout the city, and 25 people participated.
